The Company through its Investment Department is able to provide a comprehensive service for the purchase or sale of commercial investment properties in all sectors of the market.

The Company has completed investment sales/purchases for a number of  organisations including CIN La Salle, Greater Manchester Pension Fund, Aberdeen Asset Managers, Norwich Union , Hermes Property Unit Trust, Friends Ivory & Simes, Hammerson, Bramall & Ogden and Turner Investments of lot sizes between £½ and £30m.

Furthermore we are currently advising our clients in respect of Asset Management initiatives to add/maximise value, including re-gears, surrenders/re-lettings, refurbishment and partial redevelopment, within their existing portfolios.
