Heavy Plant moving

Owners Hunnable Holdings instructed Lane Walker to negotiate the early surrender of the lease held by Volvo Construction on their vacant depot on the Wentworth Industrial Estate in Tankersley, to the North of Sheffield.

Terms were agreed with Terex, a large American owned company specialising in equipment for the construction, mining and shipping industry, to take a new 10 year lease at an increased rental.

The capital sum negotiated for the surrender enabled the property to be refurbished which added value to the landlord's asset whilst retaining continuity of income.
