Wardell Armstong instructed Lane Walker to advise them in connection with downsizing from their existing 4,400 sq ft office building on Thorncliffe Park Sheffield

Terms were agreed with the Access Group to acquire the residue of the lease which was extended following negotiations with their landlords.

After undertaking a search for a potential re-site, terms were agreed for their clients to take a new lease on a 2,500 sq ft office building close to their former premises.

The transactions were exchanged simultaneously enabling Wardell Armstrong to have continuity of occupation and minimising the rental void on their former office.
