Access to office agency

Acting for Wardell Armstrong Lane Walker sold the lease of their 4,400 sq ft office building on Thorncliffe Park, Sheffield to the Access Group and acquired a new lease for them on smaller premises adjacent.

Heavy Plant moving

Lane Walker agreed a surrender of Volvo's lease for owner's Hunnable Holdings and re-let the vacant Depot on the Wentworth Industrial Estate at Sheffield to Terex.

A safe bet for retail

Folllowing acquisition of the former Barclays Bank at 131 and 133 Pinstone Street, Sheffield for Turner investments Lane Walker have re-let the subdivided premises on new leases to Betfred and Amplifon.
